Authentic Indian food with extremely large portion sizes! Located at the heart of Leicester, would definitely recommend!
Went there on Friday evening but it wasn't busy. The place is in basement so it's easy to miss the restaurant. They have lot of tables but it doesn't seem big from the outside. I ordered a masala dosa without ghee and it was amazing and it cost me only 5.50 pounds. I can suggest dosa there. There were also lot of curries and rice dishes but I was craving only for dosa.
Had a really enjoyable meal here yesterday evening. Portion size is huge, look at that *medium* chili paneer. Food was tasty and interesting, not the usual Indian restaurant fare. Busy from 6pm on a Saturday evening
Food was delicious, as always even though we had not been for a while I'm glad to say it's still one of the best curry houses in Leicester. Service was great, the waitress was on her own (Tuesday evening visit) but she worked her socks off. We took leftovers home and had the next day, was delicious, which is always the sign of a good curry.
Amazing Indian restaurant in the centre of Leicester. Had dinner one night and lunch another day. Food is fantastic, and the set lunch menu is great value. Menu is split into Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian. I enjoyed the chicken and beef dishes and my friends had the paneer. All dishes were delicious and filling. Got extra popadoms and dips for a small extra price. Had the same woman serve us both visits, she was pleasant, polite, patient and helpful. Would highly recommend, will definitely visit again if I find myself back in Leicester.
Really yummy food, we had chilli paneer and the fried aubergine. We went quite late and we got served quickly and the wait staff were great too. Didn't rush us out even though they had closed. Will definitely come back!
Lovely hidden gem! We enjoyed a delicious meal and especially liked the 2 for 1 dosa’s and onion bhajis. Friendly and attentive staff, great value for money, would recommend!
I had the fixed price lunch here, chicken madras with lots of side dishes. This was a big meal and delicious and great value for money The waitress was very polite and attentive,very friendly. I have lived in Indian for an extended period, and this food is amazing, well worth a visit.
